Day 177

I took the train to the suburb Campbeltown about 50 kilometres south-west of Sydney Central. The town had an early settlement and therefore an interesting history that I am going to look into in my 'Image Experimentation' class.

The streets of Campbelltown were empty in the morning. This is some of my shots from the streets to give a sense of the atmosphere

Day 175

Centennial Parklands at Paddington Gates holds a few of the Heads On Festival exhibitions. Sanna, Lukas, Julie, Dave, Ulrik, Jesper and I went there on Sunday afternoon

Julie

Camera Obscura shot from the inside by my friend Ulrik

The exhibition by Anthony Browell was without doubt the most inspiring. He uses a homemade pinhole camera and he was there in person to tell us all about his photos

Day 174

Another sunny day in my favourite suburb Glebe! I went there with my 35mm manual film camera to take portraits for my last project in photography so cannot wait to go in the darkroom. This is some of my friends and other locals I met at the market shot with Canon 500D.

I met my roommate Trine at the market

My German friend Janine and I met for coffee before she is leaving Australia. We met in Fraser Island a month ago when we were both backpacking alone and became friends!

Musician from the Market, played keyboard

My Swedish friend Sanna and her Australian boyfriend James were also visiting the market. Sushi time!

Nadine, a German friend from University of Sydney

Danny Santos' work of shooting 100 strangers is really inspiring. I messed up two rolls of film last week so think I am almost at 100 persons in theory! It has been a challenge but I am learning a lot and most important definitely having a good time while doing it

Day 173

My Spanish friend Marta is turning 25 today! Therefore we decided to surprise her with homemade tapas, birthday cake and sangria on the floor in my apartment
